Your initial consultation is typically one hour and may take place in person or by video or voice conference. During this session, we discuss your objectives in detail, assess eligibility, and explain available immigration pathways. We also outline potential risks, timelines, and next steps. If you proceed with an application within one month of the consultation, the consultation fee will be deducted from our service fees.
If you decide to proceed, we provide a clear client agreement outlining the scope of services, applicable government fees, professional fees, refund policies, responsibilities, and estimated processing timelines. This ensures transparency and avoids surprises. Once retained, we take responsibility for managing your file and preparing your application, allowing you to focus on your personal and professional priorities.
All applications are carefully prepared, reviewed, and submitted in accordance with Canadian immigration laws and policies. Applications are centrally overseen and managed by Peter Poon, CEO, who serves as the lead representative on all files, regardless of which consultant you initially consulted with. This approach ensures accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
We provide ongoing support throughout the process, including communication with immigration authorities, status updates, and guidance on next steps. Our involvement continues until a final decision is made and, where applicable, beyond approval to support long-term planning.
